          Also, why gut the doors and warp your roof when you add a bunch of metal and filler to the engine bay? Seems counterproductive.

            Ive added less than 30 lbs of metal and filler probably close to 15lbs. A small sacrafice for a badass show quality bay. In case you forgot this isnt just going to be a racecar. And the warped roof wasnt a plan lol it was a mistake i will be fixing. And im not running the 6 speed but thabks for the heads up

                    well I am already running bc coilovers. but my plan is to ty the cage into all the suspension mounting points. havent gotten that far yet though. time will tell im going to have enough going with the engine mounting fab

                      I get all tingly when I hear the word fab.....I just want to get up from my desk and go home, fire up the tig and start welding random crap!!

                          There is nothing quite like lifting your hood to see a perfectly laid bead on stainless or aluminum with a tig.......ART

                                I think you'll be seriously cheating yourself if you spend all the time to set the motor back, move the driver position, and DON'T rethink the suspension.
