Floor pans aren't that bad to replace though. Its the body panels that are a pain to replace

In my opinion I think it is worth only $250. If it had Hartge badge on it I would $300-350.
The Hartge bar on ebay has no cut out on passenger strut bar for ground wire. On driver side has cut out for early 323i fuse box bolt holder to strut tower.

The early Hartge strut bars came with a chrome aluminum Hartge badge double side tape. On the e30 m3 and 318is came with a smaller plate and a white Hartge sticker. The m3 and 318is bar bar sits further away for fire wall to allow the plastic trim cover that cover the engine harness.

    Beautiful cars btw!

One reason is because badge is actually just stuck on w double sided tape..... Eventually most fall off

I've seen that before and question authenticity. There is a similar one with an ACS badge on it- incorrect era font and all.
Then there are generic ebay strut bars that looks just like it.
