    yessir.

current idea is imola exterior with alpine bay/interior

Like LaSupra but not even nearly as gnarly. build

This car makes me want a matte red but part of me wants a clean shiny E30 for one time in my life. All 6? of mine have been crap in the paint department.

I have thought about it.. but glossy zinno/imola is hard to say no to. I try to not worry about paint since it's so far away :(

i would do that but the gto motor is an ls6 block. which has superior oiling, which is the worst part about these ls motors. oiling is key on a track car.

plan is to build up that other block from parts that i take off the gto motor and sell that motor for profit/recoup money spent on the gto motor.

    thanks guys!

I continued to clean up the garage over my four day weekend that I have every single week :) I'm still not done cleaning though! I should wrap it up this week, hopefully.

On Monday I rolled the car out to clean the garage up real good, while I was cleaning I found my digital camera that hadn't been touched since 2012!

I took a BUNCH of pics, I weeded out most of the meh ones and here are a bunch just showing the build in a little more detail that an iPhone can. Front bumper is not totally mounted, hence slightly poopy fitment.

    Another quickie pshop.

    indeed it is.

I grabbed a used mocal oil cooler off of an e30 drifters group on fb, saved me some money on the oil setup.

The LS1 made it to the garage as well. I began tearing it down and fully inspecting it. I'm still not sure on what I will be doing to this motor. I will be running through it with new rings, bearings, & gaskets BUT I don't know if I want to build up the short block, add a cam, & 243 heads or just leave it all stock and learn on that for now. I'd really like to hit 400/400 minimum with this motor though, just so I can keep up with IronFreak and his m20 tarbo.

I also got this thing assembled enough that it can hold its own weight. It has been two years since all four wheels have touched the ground without any jackstands underneath the car. It was a beautiful sight to see it drop down lolol.

better pictures in the daylight will be coming, though as of this point i think progress will slow down on this project. most of the next steps are fab work that IronFreak will be doing and being that I dd an s52 e30, I'm gonna let him finish his car first before I make him do a bunch of fab work to mine. he needs some damn seat time.

here is a shortened copy of my to do list/schedule.

i don't want to do homework. quick update.

i got the SLR lcabs last friday and they make the caster look soooo much better imo. i also tested my maximum rear poke when fully compressed and on the Ti arms it came out to be 9.5et15, i can barely fit a piece of paper in there haha, no way in hell it will ever be that low, just good to know though.

i then spent most of the morning saturday, 7am-9pm sunday and monday cleaning the garage. including trashing a BUNCH of crap that i've been hoarding, bunch of my dads crap, blowing everything out with the air hose and then taking it all to the scrap yard. at the end of the day the garage has atleast 40% more room and is about 900# lighter after scrapping. here are some pics of my cleaning progression, yes, i was a hoarder lol. i'm not even finished with the cleaning, it will continue on through the rest of this week.

i took the money i got from scrap to pick up an LS1 short block (block, pistons, rods, crank, covers, hardware) off craigslist. i'm not sure what the plan for this is. probably use it for mock up at the least. it might be kept for a spare or built up or sold. who knows. it was cheap and it's not hurting anyone so it's gonna stay in my garage.

also trying to get a single one of these for test fitting 285/30-18s all around. esr sr01 18x10 et25
