I ended up doing a bunch of things since my last post, but I'll write about them later...maybe next week if I'm feeling up to it.

But I did buy another alternator. It's a 95A, internally regulated unit, very similar to my 65A IR unit. The reason I bought another one is because the 65A unit came with the Ireland Engineering racing pulley, which isn't something I wanted to reuse. Because the stock 45A units have a slightly difference pulley inner diameter, it didn't work quite right on the 65A unit (I found out first hand when I sheered a pulley - 2 days ago). So instead of trying to find the correct e21 pulley, I figure I would just grab another one and deal with the old (but still brand new when I bought the motor) unit later. Maybe sell it, I don't know.

Anyways, here is a nice photo of the new alt.

Will explain myself as the next week progresses. Things like new Rad, waterpump, thermostat, seats, maybe carpet, heater valve, who knows what else.
