My euro 320i complete restoration.(now with m30power)
Well if I already got Koni up front I'm gonna keep that size I don't wanna have to buy new housings and struts. Now that I think about it though my coils might be made for the bigger housing I hope not cause that would cause problems.

Got all the replacement panels that I originally thought I was gonna be replacing on a welded today just gotta finish up in some spots and grind them down. I just ordered my body filler and bought my sand paper to finish the body. I'm also on the hunt for 87 325e drive shaft for the m30 swap and I'm waiting to hear back from revshift on the motor mounts. Im' planning on doing the motor swap around the 10th of june. After finding out I need new strut housings and inserts for my coil overs the suspension is gonna be done just before she goes to paint.
^^^ lol theres my dad hitting some of the tail panel welds we layed down
Having some problems getting the door realigned Idk why either cause everything lined up perfectly to the old panel even after being welded. The back end of the door sits higher then the front end even though the front end of the door is perfectly aligned grrrrrLast edited by ThatOneEuroE30; 05-30-2014, 09:12 PM.

I emailed him. Idk what makes them so damn expensive I paid 175 shipped for mine and then another 100 for revshift poly m20 mounts. I need to find 87 325e drive shaft.

I bought a set of Good&tight b35 motor mounts for $140 from a r3v member. That was a good deal. You got a good deal on your motor mounts.
20 years ago I wanted a set of turbo OZ wheels like yours. I couldn't find a set. I liking them again!!!!Projects Hartge,Alpina & AC Schnitzer Builds.http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=280601

Update! So since Monday its been a crazy few days trying to pull my motor and do the m30 swap. It was my first motor pull ever so It for sure was a learning experience not to mention I did it by my self. I got a lot unhooked from the car Monday but gave up on pulling the motor due to lack of know how. I came back to it today and got that bitch out! During the day off pulling the motor I worked on the m30 doing all the regular maintenance and stuff like water pump, thermostat, belts, valve cover gasket, oil pan and oil pan gasket, motor mounts and put oil in it. I got a couple other things to do like distributor cap, spark plugs and wires and the exhaust manifold heat shield and piping. Also Big thanks to everyone that gave me tips and info when pulling the motor.
Motor pulled:
M30 POWERRRRRR
Car looks empty lol
Now Before I could put the motor in I had What i thought was 1 last patch of rust to repair boy was I was wrong.
Quick shot of my daily had a ruff winter and broke the bumper and the e30 has taken priority...
Thats all for now... I'm gonna be working on it alot more over then next few days patching up the rust :hitler: I made a check list of what i need to get the motor in and that is
1. drive shaft
2. selector rod from 87 535i
3. fix rust
I'm pretty sure I need an m30 motor harness cause all I have is the part that plugs into the ecu i dont have a harness connector

jeez dude, at this rate you will be done way before me. The most convenient harness is the late model e30 325i harness.. just need to extend a few wires, and then it's good.
you can also use a regular e30 manual driveshaft, but you'll need to swap the output flange on the transmission to a small diameter one.
