All tucked away for the winter. Put about 30 miles on it this year. Hopefully we get another nice day to go drive it but not looking like it. Love this BMW cover I got. So nice...

Looks like i spoke to soon. Going to be nice here Tuesday through Sunday. Will be bringing it home from the shop for the week so I can drive it. I want to try and get 2-300 miles on it so I can get the engine broke in.

Made it the 20 miles from my shop to home with out an issue. Old girl did good. I do need to bleed cooling system some more. Seems i have some air trapped. No heat and it only gets to half way in traffic other wise it sits at 1/4

Good to know. I got on outside right now but i put my other cover over it. Will make sure to only take it off once its above freezing. Its in the 30’s right now and tomorrow will be in 50’s and be there rest of the week. Only have it covered to protect it from and tree branches that may come its way and cause we got some brats running around here on halloween that may think its funny to toss an egg or two my way. Those ungrateful spoiled rotten little bastards

I like it a lot. I think it needs a bit more low all around, but that's just me. I do like the meaty, aggressive look it gives off...and if it was slightly lower (not slammed by any means), I think it would be dead on. Nice job!'72 2002 pickup | '88 M5 | '89 330is | '89 M3 | '01 Z3M | '11 328xi-t

I need to re route the center part of the exhaust to go any lower. Which i probably will do. Right now though I’m driving it and then the first thing this spring is gearing it down. 3.73 is way to much for the high way driving it needs a 3.25 asap.

Went and got an alignment done today and also re routed the cooling system so now I have heat! I noticed the other night when I was driving back from dinner my cluster only lights up on one half. I check bulbs they are fine and was talking with Bavarian restoration and said they likely think its a short in the circuit board. I will check that there is power going to the light to confirm this. They can also make a near perfect replica of the alpina clusters so if its bad sometime over winter i will send them the cluster to have it converted to an alpina. Really need to get a 3.25 diff also.
