My euro 320i complete restoration.(now with m30power)
Nope I'm using the old cross member. For the tranny I'm using the stock tranny that was paired to the m30 I go the entire motor setup with trans for 300. I have over that into motor though cause it was missing lots of little expensive parts he also cut a lot to.
this?
its comes up as a radiator support on ecs... and nothing on blunts site. In the m30 swap guide it say you can use the old one. i guess i was running a zf i wonder if it had a different cross member too.Last edited by ThatOneEuroE30; 07-04-2014, 10:21 PM.

Good work mate, thats awesome. It's great to see you tearing into it. Not everyone would have the balls to do that. Great pick up!

Just a written update no pics right now. Today we got the trans braced in and shifting assembly in and mocked up so I can trim it and have it sent out to get welded by ( tig welder). Also today I went and met my buddy Ross aka Ironfreak and picked up my 51mm strut housings so I can build my coils and I also picked up a set of rear trailing arms, rotors and calipers. But I also placed a order with blunt tech for brembo rotors in all 4 corners and new brake pads along with my ebrake cable to complete the rear disc conversion.

So I've been working on doing a 1.3 motronic conversion to my M30b34 and let me tell you it is the BIGGEST PITA nothing makes sense and no amount of research clears it up. So today me and my dad went to the yard and found a e34 535i and looked at it. We came to the conclusion that it would be easier to just swap intake manifolds and be done with it. So we started pulling the intake well my dumbass self didnt make sure all the intake bolts were off and I broke it(rookie mistake).....:curse: It ended up being okay though cause I waled out of the yard with some parts and and lesson learned on something I hadnt paid for yet:D
I did manage to find a b35 intake on the forum with everything I need for about the same price as the one at the yard.
score from the yard includes air box, various boots, charcoal canister, and a rear battery conversion so I can have more room in my bay.
After getting the b35 intake ordered I figured i would prep the motor for it.
I also FINALLY placed my order to ground control for my camber plates and finished assembly of my strut tube. All they need is bump stops and camber plates. Also pulled the strut housings out of the car I wont need.
I got all my brake stuff in from blunt over the week and started replacing the rotors and pad and stuff and then I realized theres two parking brake cables and I only bought one whoops.... so I got one side done haha waiting on another cable to finish the other side.
Lol My drive way looks like a junk yard this is after i threw away some garbage haha (under tarp is a motor in a million pieces lol)

I know. I talked to a buddy of mine and he said until I'm boosted I should be fine with the b35 intake and no ported head. If not not then o shucks looks like I need to port my head and replace the gasket with a ML and ARP studs or darn haha.

So not much of an update just following through on a promise. I sent my shifting arm off to Pual known as Tig welder here on R3v to get professionally welded and I got this back..... pretty fantastic. If you need things tig welded send it to that guy lol
O also I may be selling the e36 for a 1989 325is with 110k on it. Cosmetically its kinda rough Once i get more pics Ill know for sure but I'm thinking a weekend of painting and that car will be sorted and a good dd. Its had a ton of work done to it had the spots of rust it had professionally repaired. Guy was restoring it and got bored with it on the home stretch haha.
