No photo updates, just been plugging away at little things but life's been getting in the way.

Got my shift rod lengthened and re-installed, I guess people use e36 shift rod or something with s5x swaps, my "e30 length" AKG was 1/2" too short. Brake lines are almost finished. Waiting on my Wilwood pressure limit valve and sway bar relocation kit to come in from IE. Thanks to SkiFree for helping me out after my order didn't go through initially.

Oh and thanks to Nando for the DME! Can't wait to get it, I'm hoping to have wiring done by that time

Pretty good, car runs but I still haven't finished my exhaust or driveshaft. I haven't decided whether or not I want to go with single 3" or 3.5"

Other than that, the car runs ok, but I'm having an idle issue. Sometimes the idle surges, but the car revs fine... When it settles into an idle, it has no throttle response. I'm thinking I'm having some sort of ICV issue, but haven't had the time to look into it yet.

Here are a few pics from today. Last one is showing the sway bar mounting with the Arc Asylum pan

Just found my hood seal tonight after I took these pics, looks weird without it.

do you have a code reader? PA Soft works well for E46's and it's pretty cheap.

looks great but one thing that stands out to me is that swaybar mount. that's not good.. it's a long cantilevered plate, it will deflect with any vertical force put on that bar.

I know, it's not nearly sturdy enough, I'm going to try to gusset the bracket

                      Thanks!

I'm now considering doing a NASCAR-style sway bar in the front. I was working on a Miata today that had one and it is really simple and doesn't seem to be too expensive.

Also, test fitted this guy today and it doesn't fit. I'm considering going to great lengths to make it fit and make it look right, but I don't want to do bolt on flares. I wish I had an early model sometimes.

Nascar style with adjustable blades would straight ballin!

Those are some damn fine wheels but it would stink to hack your fenders just to run them. You are running them with adapters?

looks like a clean job. I think a 3in exhaust should suffice
