So my trip to 3 yards today only yielded one e21 find, unfortunately I wasn't able to get the fuel pump off of it because it was gone!! All I was able to salvage that was of any use to me was glove box straps and a small door handle trim piece. Pics will follow tomorrow but nothing exciting.

I am now on the lookout for a set of used pumps and/or a suggestion as to where to look for alternative solutions.

I want to get this thing running!!!!!!!

this is the single pump set up that i used in my e30.

fuel strainer fs210 $10.99

I got this to fit my pump pick up with out too much trouble. give it a try.

Didn't get anything done today besides wiping down part of the interior and vacuuming out under the back seat and the passenger side of the car.

Today was fairly productive

I killed 4 large black widows under the car, and I made this:


A children's block with a 1979 silver dollar countersunk poorly into the top. Much more fitting for this build than the plain Jane rubber knob.

Still searching for a fuel pump, thanks to those that have hit me up on that.
