I had a local guy do it. I went to some upholstery shop and the guy who owned said "tops were his speciality" and wanted $1200 for an install...

I poked around and out of dumb luck and an old man eavesdropping, I was put in touch with a guy who lived about 3 streets away from me and did it for $350

I'm having a hell of a time trying to strip these wheels. I know they would be some trouble because they're anodized (?) or something correct me if i'm wrong but the paint/clear is almost impossible to remove. I may have to try the airplane stripper that I've been reading so much about.

      Any suggestions are appreciated.

I also never really pursued this here, but my brother and I own a vinyl cutter and we also make t-shirts for a clothing/sticker company called "overrated" If any of you guys need any decals i'm your guy.

I also just designed some new ones that I'll have in my hands soon. If you're into them let me know

an inexpensive way to remove the anodizing and paint....is household oven cleaner. its harsh,..requires some heat ( good ol sunshine) , but can be purchased for a buck a can if you shop the dollar stores. may take a couple cans per wheel...just let it foam and do its thing.....

I had to go through about 8 pieces of 100 grit sandpaper and barely got any further. A young man contacted me interested in trading for a set of C4 wheels with tires. They also came in with a set of adaptors for a 5x100 pattern, which won't be useful to me but I could easily flip them.

Only issue they were painted black so I put in work as soon as I came home last night.

Leaned up against my jalopy. I had custom adaptors made and will be patiently waiting, sanding and polishing :D

I've never sanded/polished wheels before. I hadn't known it is so time consuming. I ran out of buffing wheels and the drill conveniently died after the first wheel so it was a good time for a break.

Alrighty boys and girls I've run into an issue sadly, so for the first time in months unfortunately my automobile has shut off while at low idle. After it happened the first time, approx. 6-7 months ago, I cleaned the ICV and that solved my problem. The car did the same thing about 1 month ago and I cleaned it again.

Could it be time for a new one completely? I was planning on cleaning the MAF today after work but it's steadily been about 10 degrees so I figured pizza and netflix was a decent alternative.

              Any suggestions are appreciated

It's been cold and we've had much precipitation in good old NEPA so very little work has been done. I've been gathering parts though so I'll busy when the weather breaks.

                Scored a coupe/sedan trunk for $20

I bought some exhaust piping for a muffler delete and pointy blast pipe type looking situation.

Firestone winterforce tires are sick also, I've had 0 issues and have driven the car almost every day even after these so called snow storms.

And my uninsulated garage is still COLD AS FUCK so I have one wheel left to polish , but that's fine because the adaptors aren't here yet

My adaptors came yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys at motorsport tech did an amazing job. The craftsmanship is some next level shit.

This weather is killing me otherwise I'd be rolling around on the bad girls right now.

I love the little bit of meat it shows from the front.

And I received this as a birthday gift, just waiting on the hub--

                          Pictures of things

                          Got my turning device on

Buddy and I got started on this mess. If I ever meet the guy that did the body work and paint to this car I vow to kick his testicles inside his body cavity because of how half assed everything is :)

I also installed a small and I mean SMALL lip just to protect what's left of the paint on the valance. It lasted about a week~
