That laser cut / waterjet cut bracket with the ///M is a nice touch.

As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.
You don’t want this. You want the trickiest, most dangerous, oldest model you can find. Only then can you prove to the world that you’re a man.

my car is going to be a test mule of sorts for a new stand alone being manufactured by an FAQ member and some software engineers. i dont know a lot about it but its supposed to be more flexible and programmable than both alpha and maxx. they are almost done with the prototype and id imagine ill see it in a month or so.

nothing of any interest. all the stuff im doing now is the tedious little stuff that doesnt really show or photgraph well. heres a couple just because i dont think ive posted any at all of the interior. i bought another 69 down in georgia thats nice and solid but not much to look at. but it came with a nice 3 pc dash that i took out and put in the orange car. the interior is further along than in these pics but i havent taken any new pics lately. ive got power in the car now and super duper bobby cooper is coming over to work his magic in the stereo and electrical areas soon. once thats done i can finish up the interior and install the seats. ive got 2 sets of scheel mann seats. both are nice and both are done in matching scheel fabric which the back seat is done in as well. the less agressive seats match the horizontal lines of the back seats better so i think ill be using those and using the more aggressive seats in my rat rod im going to build after this car
heres the 2 different seats im talking about and then a shot of the interior half done.

the rest of the stuff ive been doing is fuel system and wiring which takes time and isnt real glamorous. its getting close though. one drag is i may have to pull my tranny back out as i cant get it to spin in neutral and im worried its jammed between gears but ill see once i get the car on the ground again
