Next step is to test fit the m30 and figure out my coolant hose situation. What routing have people done? Should i just go with the center firewall mounted e34 coolant tank?

Anyway, heres a crappy cellphone pic of the car before the teardown for the m30. I am very happy with the looks, just needs some paint

A late-model m20 coolant tank fits perfect with the m30b35 setup. The m30 firewall-mounted tank will not clear the hood without a lot of modifications.

Ya next on my list is e46 engine swapping....so I can get some sport seats and 330i brakes.

Always working for parts....to put on my cars, but never have time to install because I'm working to acquire more parts.

Can I use the m20 t matrix hose for the tank routing?

Use the m30 hoses but attach them to the standard m20 destinations, i.e. expansion tank, heater core, etc. like this:

Finaly got my order from ECS and replaced water pump, thermostat/ housing, and various gaskets.

I also did a thing tonight!
