I recommend Ireland Engineering very highly if you haven't already chosen, I run their 310mm kit front and rear.

So far I'm leaning towards the Ireland engineering 295mm just so I can fit 15s if I wanna go that route in the future. I drive this car on the street more than the track (even tho I'm planning on getting more into the track driving) I'm not sure about the bp20 needing to heat up to be good

I would like the bite to be as aggressive as possible though. And i don't mind some brake dust.

I will be ordering wilwood soon to compensate for my crappy brakes. Deciding between b10 and b20 pads at the moment

For the headers, the stock collector sucks, s54's pick up tons of power with aftermarket headers so it makes sense to just go ahead and do them. This is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations though, the Status Gruppe's I bought fit great and I think for the money they are a good buy. There are some other options out there under $800 that are pretty good too. The ebay headers are hit or miss, sometimes they fit OK, and sometimes the don't fit at all. You're going to want treehouse lollipops or similar though, for most headers. If yours are rubber they will probably melt rather quickly

You're doing a swap on an m3, it's worth a ton of money, take your time and do it right the first time!

Also, regarding the hose adapter that i installed, it's working great! My fan is more consistent than it's ever been. Comes on a 203* every time
Thanks bud! I really appreciate it.

If you have stock E30 M3 brakes, you'll want to change to a 17/17mm master cylinder. I think some early Porsches came with this size.

I'm running a Massive dual MC pedal with dual 5/8" and it is adequate, but I'd like a bit more feel. I am installing larger bore brake calipers from an e28 535i in the front and a e34 540iT in the rear. This will reduce pedal effort another 10%, which I hope will suit my needs better.

    They suck!

    You'll wanna upgrade for sure

Aren't you doing this to an m3? Might have better brakes than the 89 325i original calipers.

But it takes some effort to make me stop. I'm going to get a wilwood big brake kit in a month

Wow that's great! I have alil ways to go but seeing this definitely gives me some extra motivation to get mines done. Im probably gonna get the rad hose adapter for that sensor, don't really want to drill into the Tstat housing.

How does ur brakes feel with the brake delete?

    She's running strong.

    My thermostat is stuck open
The thermostat housing where I drilled it for the temp sensor is leaking a little

So I'm ordering a vac temp sensor thing that goes behind the thermostat housing because it has pre drilled hole that I just need to tap and it will hid the sensor.

    Other than that it's great.

    Sneak peak (still dirty)

I still need to tidy up the engine bay but I just finished hiding the wires under the dash and scrubbing the crap outta the outside of the car.

I might just have to cut the ebay headers then, mines fit pretty well luckly :) cause I don't have the stock headers, kinda gave it away lol. I do plan on taking it to exhuast shop once car is done.

I'm gonna see if I can get away with using my stock lollipops since they were recently replaced. Thanks man!

    Any updates on ur car?
