      Thanks guys!

About the motor: it ran quite good before this ressurection of the body, without odd noises. So I decided just to change filters, spark plugs, gaskets and repaint the cover and receiver.

it appeared to be quite clean under the cam cover:

At this very stage the car moved to my narrow and tight garage for further development

looking at these 2 picterws now I can hardly understand how could I manage to work with the car in this crowded room

Decided to start with interior to load the seats and the carpet into the car - they took the most place in the garage.
But first I needed to return OEM insulation. Quite an easy material to work with.

Forgot to tell that I spel like hell of hours to clean and restore wiring and connectors. Also had to change ABS wires (at sensors as well) for new ones:

                      A bit more about development.
BTW, the car came into my garage om the 31st of December 2014.
So the story is quite fresh ))

As you might notice I decided to restore OEM Premium Sound in the car leaded by Bavaria Electronic CD II.
Also I bought a very interesting OEM armrest from e34 (which is also a storage for CD cartriges) and now is trying to install it. It fits the console perfectly, but there is nothing to mount it to.
If anyone has an experience - please share.

                      partnumber, if anyone is interested

Epic 24hr thread haha. Well done Dmitry very impressive. Cant wait to see it 100%. Im not sure about the CD storage, it looks like its going to sit to high. Another option for audio would be to retrofit Bluetooth into your CD II somehow. Or get a tape deck and use a Bluetooth blank tape. The tape deck storage center console is sort of rare, I wouldn't change it.

Thanks! Almost ready! For sure it's more interesting to follow the process step by step, but I just got an idea to post my story here, when realized that the best DIY stories I found at r3v! Decided to participate.

As to armrest - it fits very well (already tried). Neither high, nor low. The only question is mounting.

This to be the first and the last not original part in my car
