today i noticed that my brake callipers doesn´t fit to the 325mm brake disc. I must buy e38 740d 4piston callipers or e46 330d ones.
My oil hoses don´t arrive this week . i am unhappy! what about you?! do you follow my thread ? : ) some opinions?

Well we never got either the 740d or the 330d in the US, so most of us don't know much about them.

If you need help finding out which brake parts to use, we need to know a lot more information. Like what hubs are you using? What parts did you use to go 5-lug? What are the rotors from? What are your caliper brackets?

everything is write right here :) hubs are from e36, brake rotor is from e46 330d.

Hi everyone! today i found big brake calipers in our garage! but still 1 pot ones...:( 54mm piston. WILL IT BE ENOUGH FOR THIS BRAKE DISC?

THINGS CHANGED! as like I said in first post, i am 18 year old boy and i following my dream! EVERY CENT GOES TO THIS CAR! I have part-time job i don´t have enough money, but my sallary is whole for this car! So !!NEW!! brembo brake calipers from e38 is here!!!! i am very happy! time to done this brakes :)



Time to measure distance between holes and CNC some new brackets / adapters :)

Hi friends! BIG UPDATES COMING UP RIGHT NOW!
so as first we make caliper adapter template and than our old turner make ones from 10mm fat steel plate :) really good work only for 40euro (new costs 140euro but only for 312mm brake rotor)...


this is our template! about 1 hour of measuring and producing

OK HERE IS LITTLE PROBLEM->

-As you can see the wheel is touching the brake caliper little bit!

PROBLEM SOLVED! 2cm (or less) aluminium spacers!

my fuel rail with welded AN4 push-lock fitting on exit, for adjustable fuel press regulator:p;)
