Can you take a picture of what that intake looks like on the inside? Interested in how the runners merge into the plenum

Didn't make any photos. It looks as good inside as outside, I mean welding. One minus is that there are no trumpets, runners end on the plenum wall. In this term KS Racing intake manifolds are better. This one BKC Motorsport is higher quality though, everything fits as it should without modifications.

Roll bar is from our local company (Polish), called staffa.pl -> www.staffa.pl
I paid about $250 for new one, power coated in white.

Last weekend video. Only 1.0b of boost, some boost leaks.

After that I ordered some stiffer springs for wastegate. Removed boost leaks and today made 1.35b of boost. It was fun, but my injectors DC is 87% (630cc) so I'm done. So went down with boost, about 1.2b. I bet some new, bigger ones will have to be ordered.

In the meantime, my friend sold me this "new" short block. M50B25 vanos. I have a plan to build fully forged 3.0 m50 during the season.

Haven't changed anything recently.. so I changed turbooo

I present you turbo nr 5. Nothing was wrong with the old one GT3082, my friend killed his turbo, so I sold him mine. And here it is, GTX3076 (ballbearing + cnc).

                          Quick thoughts:
                          - very very loud turbo, like old truck climbing the hill
                          - didn't change tuning, AFR went up - so more air in the intake
                          - quicker spool and throttle response
                          - 1.0b of boost is quicker, 300rpm quicker (more less 3200rpm now)

                          Some vid, first trip:

Another changes. Got my E30 M3 EVO wing installed once again. E30 with that wing is more stable at high speeds. Have to finally make it color match and it will stay there.

Today new springs arrived. Stiffer replacement for previous 140mm/10kg, currently 140mm/12kg (straight version). No comfort loss, rear of the car is not scrubbing the tires anymore. Also it's 8mm lower, as I took out one of the plates.

                                Overfenders installed.
Yesterday I met two police officers, who wanted to check my car. I wasn't speeding. I got a warning because of front wheels poke. So today quick action and here there are. They liked the car though
