Well Its been almost a year since I took delivery on my e30. Since then I have worked almost every weekend on it. The heat slowed me down for the summer.

To date here are the big projects I have done so far:
Replace entire interior
Motor swap from M10 to M20
Installed bav auto chip
Installed Stahl Long Tube headers
Face lift from big surf board bumpers to plastic bumpers
Converted to new bmw shift carrier and installed a B&M Short shifter
Installed carbon fiber hood
Electric fan conversion
H&R Sport springs (to be installed)
4.10 LSD
Depo Smiley projectors

Paint job coming soon

Also obtained euro black trim... to be installed after paint

Its not too bad. The only gripe I have is that the top passenger side dips in a little too much
