Congrat's on building another sweet ride. Your attention to detail is superb. Are you going to do any kinda rebuild/freshening to the motor before the turbo goes in?
After you've driven her for awhile, if you don't mind, tell me how you like your GC, Koni coilover combination? I'm running H&R Race and Bilstein sport and I'm not totally sold on my setup. It would be nice if I had some adjustability.

You're car knows it's so hot, it has an e-brake erection.
Clean it up nice when you do the TCD install. I want my next car to be better than the "original" white car... we all know it will get used more.
Sooo, ~ 12 weeks til you're ready to sell? ;)
Lookd great Bob, very nice.Below the radar...

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it...
Spent some more time in the garage today trying to get the interior back together now that I'm driving it. I worked on Dynamatting the rest of the rear of the car minus the trunk area. My goal is to just try and make the car interior as quiet a possible without going overboard with the sound deadener.
Everything you see here is just a single layer for the most part on both interior and exterior surfaces. After a brief test drive tonight I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the interior has become. It was well worth the effort.
Back in the day I used to compete in car stereo competitions and would spend months just sound deadening a car. I took one of the tricks that we used to use and applied it here as it works very very well. Just get some fiberfill from your local fabric store, buy a box of kitchen garbage bags, and fill accordingly. Squeeze all of the air out of the bag and seal with a zip tie. Now you have a vacuum sealed bag that you can mold into just about any shape. Take the bags and pack any voids that you wish. Try not to puncture the bag as it will expand and you also dont want this stuff to get wet at all.
And then seal the cavity with more dynamat.
I painted my very faded and very blue rear parcel shelf with Duplicolor fabric paint. Worked well...
Finally installed my mint rear seats with skipass/armrest/headrest that I bought about a year and a half ago. Its nice to finally see this stuff going in the car instead of just sitting in the basement.
And then while on my test drive tonight I snapped a few pictures.
wow, I guess I should have grapped the tripod...Originally posted by Simon SWhen a dream is a dream for too long - it becomes a fantasy..
