    got the clutch in today, it is a uuc UltraSmooth Cerametallic..hopefully it holds up..the block is at the machine shop, should be done early next week...

    the vw ran an a/w intercooler, put ice in at the track, do a burnout, intake temps of ~65 degrees, run the run, get back to the pits, and still be under 100 degrees intake temp...

    the m5 will be using a precision air/air core..rated to 950 horse...

    management will be one of two systems..we are gonna try and use dfi's new system called the thruster, basically a scaled down version on the dfi v.7 system...it utilizes a crank trigger and distributor system...if it does not work, i will use sds..

    few pics, nothin special...have the new water pump, oil pump and all gaskets on order...once i get the block back, i will order up the turbo...clutch will be here next week...

    coils..will use koni adjustables...


    fuel system and ignition system....will redo all fuel lines also...


    new block

    forged rods and crank..

    8:1 forged je pistons

    raceware headbolts and arp rod bolts


    will be building a manifold similar to this one..

    1000cc injectors..

    tial 44mm wastegate..

    my old 16v turbo..11.53@133mph 2500 pounds, 15psi...

    arggg, no m-tech mirrors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    build date is 2/90, has the 4 buckets with center console.

    sls has been deleted already....

    pics of parts will be up tomorrow, camera is dead at work!!!

    I need to check the drivers side mount to make sure its not broken, but yep I have the real ones. This weekend I'll take a closer look.

    NICE to see another HD93. what build date is yours? do you have rear buckets? planning on deleting sls i assume? these cars are alot of fun, and the motor was built for boost.

    with the aggressive look, your car would benefit from mtec mirrors.
