Find a hot feed when the key is on and hit it there, something like a stereo feed. I just wouldn't suggest direct engine electronics voltage hampering in any way, shape, or form.Leave a comment:

well its actually connnected to the ballast resistor which cnnects to the coil but same thing, the fan has an inline fuse so hopefully nothing explodes, would it be fine to connect it to the + charge spot next to the spare battery tray?Maybe don't put load on the coil feed and instead hook it to ignition voltage at the switch and add a toggle, so you turn it on or off if you want, otherwise it's on full time key power. I wouldn't personally tie any accessory electronics directly to coil feed as resistance may cause (spark) ignition system issues.Leave a comment:

also about the RPM jump thing posted earlier, it only does it of i turn the key to the position before it starts then turn the key back and remove it. mybe i should connect the electric fan to the coil.Leave a comment:
