Patience...... I want to make sure that the paint is fully cured before the tires are mounted, Monday or Tuesday maybe.

ShowStopper, are you going to be rollin' those orange BBs in your avatar?

              Thanks.

For the wheel paint, it was all fizzy bombs, the key to it coming out like a "real" paintjob is prep. I media blasted the wheels, then cleaned them with soapy water, primed them, wet sanded them w/ 320 grit, laid down a coat of color, sanded w/ 400 grit, more color, more 400, then 3 coats of clear. The only problem with doing it like this, especially in AZ, is dust contamination. The only real flaws in them are where a few peices of shit precipitated down on them.

The paint itself was Rustoleum clean metal primer, Duplicor high performance wheel paint (no color listed on the can, only shown on the cap), and Rustoleum crystal clear. I ended up spending about $50-$60 on paint. I could have prolly bought some cheap base/clear for the same price and shot it with my DeVilbiss, but then I would have needed to rent a spray booth and all of the associated ass ache that goes along with that.

I just bought 2 euroweaves. I don't know what the hell I am going to do with 2 euroweaves, but they were cheap and the guy threw in a cool euro plate frame. I'll get some pics when my camera isn't dead.

I hope I didn't catch whatever it is that Nicademus has and start uncontrollably buying car parts I don't need.

                  As promised.

They are different from each other, different manufacturers. The size and offset are the same and you wouldn't be able to tell them apart w/ the center caps on so I am not concerned.

As far as their use? I still don't know..... Maybe track wheels... I did see an incomplete set of Zender turbos, maybe run the weaves on back and the turbos on front dorito stylee.?..??

Nope, not these. Alu made one and I can't recall the other right now. My 14" weaves are the same way, 2 are Alu and 3 are BBS, but the 14" are identical except for the manufacturers stamp.

                        ugh
would you be willing to part with them? Im getting desperate, I cant find a pair to complete my set. I could very easily find a set on the e30zone, but don't want to have to ship from europe.

                              It's alive!!!!

The clutch is done and it moves under it's own power. There are still a few little loose ends to tie up, and a lot of cleaning to do, but for the most part it is ready for the road.

I'll get some pics up and update all that was done in the next couple of days.
