Just for future and safety reference, I would never mention you accepted illegal drugs during a business transaction (especially if he gave them to you). If you found them in the car after purchasing it, thats different. It sounds like it was part of the transaction (at least from reading your story).

Just trying to watch out for you. You never know what kind of e-cops are around. Dont want to you go to jail buddy!

:shock: I would just like to state the following: The coke I spoke of was in fact Coca-Cola. The seller was very poor so he measures out the liquid on a scale so as not to waste any. Also ecstasy is just a feeling I got from buying the car. If it was the drug I would have spelled it extasy, x, or something. All talk of drugs was either a joke or totally false. :shock:

I was just offered a 1991 5spd Jetta for my BBS RS wheels today. The car has 155,000 miles on it. What do you guys think? Should I bite?

an 88 means digifant, not very friendly to tuning:(. small bumpers :(, first year no vent wing:D. plain jane interior (non recaro):( no passive restraint :)

the car is probably only worth around $1500 if you were to flip it quick.

Guys claims it runs and drives well, but the only reason I'd want it is to flip it.....I don't really even want it around though. I already have 3 cars and a motorcycle. If I threw that in the mix I'd need it gone ASAP.

I'm going to listen to you guys and just say no :)

By the way, I think I'll stay on R3V, Vortex isn't my thing.

'87 BMW 325is bronze e30 chassis with 137k miles.
Exterior is in great shape, paint is excellent and original. VIN tags present on all panels.
Interior is also excellent with the exception of the drivers seat with some cracking. The dash is perfect, NO CRACKS. Good windshield. Comes with ALPINE detachable face deck and 6-disc trunk mount CD Changer and factory door tweeters. The seats are from a '91 318is. I bought this car for the interior and plans of completing it but I have too many other things going on.
The M50 engine is out of an e36 with ~78k miles. The engine and transmission are installed and ready to be wired so the hard work is done. I have a NEW water pump still in box that needs to be installed.
Everything is here to complete the project, I just don't have the time or the garage space and I don't want to leave the car outside in the weather.
It is an "is" car with the factory LSD, front lower faring and rear trunk spoiler.
Comes with "Bottle Cap" rims with good tires. Sorry the rear wheels in the pictures are not going with the car.
This is still a project that will need to be towed.

driveline installed (included)
radiator installed (included)
