Both the camber and toe adjustments are made on the outer. This is very cool, I'm looking forward to an update when you have a chance to test it. I'm not too familiar with the DTM control arm design, is there a heim joint on the inner pivot point as well that allows for toe adjustment when you adjust the threaded rod at the outer joint?

made a beefy rear strut brace for my car to test these.
i bolted the plates above and below the strut mount, ideally I would weld them in but I daily this particular test mule.
It's nothing fancy, just some thick DOM.

Repairable Heim's are the way to go now, lots of different sizes etc.Leave a comment:

Great work !!!
Now raise the subframe with welded mounts. Just like BMW Motorsport used to do.

interesting. it would be hard to mount a perch lower than factory... but not impossible. plus to work with ^ those id imagine the perch would have to be very specific to just thatLeave a comment:

something like these. There're a few companies making them. Spring/ride height is adjusted from below by turning the threaded shaft. I've been trying to visualize how to make them work in my stock arms.

depending on the coilover, gonna try and run sleeves on my skinny bilsteins.
Interesting thought with the spring perch.Leave a comment:

yea that's what I figured, cool stuff!
True coilover would rob a bit of inner tire clearance though correct? I'd like to see an articulated spring perch mounted a bit lower than original to give more spring travel.Leave a comment:
