Frames are surprisingly cheap. I think I ordered for a 2005 Silverado and it was only like 3500 bucks.

We do our frame swaps with a Toyota forklift :)

there is no real specific book time for labor opps like regular mechanics (chiltons or mitchell) so it is a crap shoot between you, the writer, and the insurance estimator.

We use Mitchell and CCC at our shop. They seem pretty accurate most of the time.
