Ride to Conquer Cancer - charity fundraiser

For the last few months I've been raising money for cancer research - when I reach to $2500 in donations, I get to ride from Vancouver, BC to Seattle, WA on the weekend of June 21st. I'm at about $1700 now and we're having a fundraiser dinner tonight. My donation page is here:

If I got just a few $10 donations it would make a big difference. For donations over $25, you get a tax receipt that you can use next year, so it wouldn't really cost you anything. If you know somebody who has died of cancer, or battled it, this is a worthy cause. We've had a few people on these boards go through the battle and win thanks to the improved treatments available now because of research from foundations like this, and I'm sure they'd appreciate it as much as I would.

I'm also auctioning off the passenger seat in my car for the next track day, we're doing a dinner & silent auction at the Dublin Crossing in Langley tonight. It may be a hard sell since it's on a week day but I'm hopeful somebody will want to come along. :)

thanks for any and all support :)

Damn, I'll try to see if I can spare some money. I just donated to another foundation, more then I could really afford.

SUPPORT THIS STUFF! Mom is in remission and definately believe donations help A LOT, every bit counts.

      thanks man

our fundraiser went pretty well, we sold $800 worth of tickets to the dinner. I'll see what the silent auction brought in tomorrow.
