        Wow..that takes balls. What exactly can a cop do if someone tries a civilians arrest on them for doing some illegal stuff? Or in this case tailing them to a stop and confronting them?

                          This has got to be staged or that Deputy is a blathering moron. The waffleswaffleswaffleswafflessack Civic driver had no right to confront that officer for "speeding". No way is he within his rights to question a deputy for passing him exceeding the speed limit. And I would be the first to question any method used law enforcement that I thought truly without regard to the public. Mr. Civic deserves to die a gruesome death inside his slab enveloped by flames.
