PCP would also allow him to eat that tazer, and give him the strength to blast out of there. But the fact that he was completly aware he was being arrested kinda disproves that.

It almost seemed fake. The tazer puts just about anyone down, especially a scrawny little fuck like him. Id assume the cops would give him the reason why he is being arrested. Ive been on numerous ride alongs, and I've heard a few people ask what the case or charge is, and they tell them a brief summary. Then if he was resisting, the cops would have used more physical force before tazering him, also. Then, once that shit brick got up to run, there WOULD be a pursuit.

What they did is called a drive stun and it does not hurt that bad. The Cop took the cartridge off of the Taser and then deployed it thus eliminating the NMI (nero-muscular incapicitation) and effectively just using it for pain complaince. In that mode it is easy to get away from somone who is trying to tase you. Also Cocaine is a hell of a drug.

because they were both out of shape. clearly. I never understood why you have to be in tip top shape whilst applying and during training and then your allowed to let yourself go when you NEED to be in shape. Down here on Miami Beach theres like a 300 lbs cop. never understood it.
