                      If im not mistaken...they are legally required to tell you what crime you committed that you were charged with if you have a warrant for your arrest.

                                                      An elbow to the back of his head would have totally stopped that situation. Why not get on him, put your elbow on the back of his neck, and have the other man handcuff him? They were too passive.... I think its a little odd that they wouldn't tell him what the charges were, though. That also could have been a peaceful possible resolution to the situation.
