That's deep stuff, thanks for sharing. Have you tried listening to the album with the new song order?

Hopefully they include the Twin Cities on this summers brief tour...

Yeah, I've seen that video before. Seems like coincidence to me. But I'm a huge Tool fan, and I really hope they make it out here this summer.

That sells it. I'm buying the tickets to see them in Phoenix when I'm on vacation the 18-25 of July.

Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.
          Lobsterbacks attack the town again
Wrap all my things in aluminum
Beams of darkness streak across the sky
Pink rays from the ancient satellite
Every time I look out my window same three dogs looking back at me.
Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.

Tool is one of my all time favorites. So many amazing songs in addition to this one. I love their willingness to use unconventional time signatures and unconventional styles, to think outside the box.

              Some of my favorites:

              Eulogy
              Parablola
              Ticks and Leeches
              Lateralus

Huh? I saw them last year I think it was in Spokane and it was the greatest show ever.. I was front row GA, about 10ft away from the band. Pushing was so intense for the first 20 minutes I thought there was a possibility I might die, but I didn't care because the concert was so fucking awesome. Will see them next time they come to WA for sure.

Yeah, they finally came on their 4th show and I didn't even bother getting tickets in fear of losing money on them again...

So what was the explanation for such bitchery?

I'm a big Tool fan, however, every album has more "ambient noise," which I am not a fan of. I don't need to hear 9 minutes of weird sounds and no rocking between each song.

The latest album has too much of the ethereal sounding BS.

I want to hear you guys ROCK THE FUCK OUT!
