Where do buy unlocked cell phones other than ebay

T-mobile wants $280 for me to upgrade my phone (this is a discounted upgrade price) and they would give the same phone to a new customer for $50+fees which makes no sense but oh well.

So, what are some legitimate sites?

I am out of contract and t-mobile is retarded, they give new customers much better pricing than to current customers. I've been with them for probably close to 10 years and I can't get the same prices new customers get...

Buy an iphone on ebay and unlock it yourself. It is easy as hell and will take less than 30 minutes to read about it, download the software and run it. You'll have what in my opinion is an awesome phone, but you won't have to deal with ATT like I do.

Go to those stores that aren't corporate but still authorized resellers and make friends with them.
