    Paypal

So I get an email a little over a week and a half ago that says my payment has been sent to a "Mohammad Kassim". Only, I never sent this guy any payment and I have no idea who he is or why he is being sent my money. I file an unauthorized claim with paypal within 20 minutes and they get back to me today telling me my claim has been rejected.

What the fuck paypal? This is fucking bullshit.

Anyone else have this kind of bullshit service with these fuckers?

My account got hacked once to pay for some gay online second life-esque website shit. I filed a paypal claim and I got my money back.

    Change your password immediately.
Call PayPal tomorrow as soon as they open.

I changed my password and security questions as part of the claim process.

Call them. I had someone in London get into my account (I think I had a key-logger spyware maybe) to pay their skype bill.

Anyways, I was 30 seconds into explaining to the guy on the phone what happened when he stops me and says they are reversing the transfer, and my funds were back instantaneously. Hit refresh in my browser, and there it was.

There are a ton of "paypal sucks" sites with sob stories, but I've had nothing but a pleasure working with them (even though they take too much money)

ive used them tons of times with no issues, but when i bought my s50, they kind of screwed me over. long story short they did the transfer twice, overdrafting my bank account. took me a couple of weeks to get all the money back in the right places, and they were very unhelpful about it. however, ive used them since and will probably continue because they are the most popular way to send money.

yea, i got a spoof email yesterday. Didnt click the link on the email.. Just logged into paypal normally. And everything was perfect.
I reported the email in the spoof section of paypals website. they are one of the fastest best companys ive had as far as credit cards go.

as others have said, make sure the payment shows up in your paypal payment history, not just some fake email that someone sent you.

Use some common sense and keep track of your account and PayPal is an excellent tool for sending/receiving money.

Ok so I called them and they tell me that the only thing They can do is reinvestigate. They wouldn't even tell me what the other guy said or if they even contacted him. I've never had such shit service. There is no reason they shouldn't have reversed the transfer right there.
