Long story short, I was scammed by a guy a couple years back when I was younger. I sent him some money for some snowboard apparel and he never sent me my stuff. I kept calling and asking, and he kept giving me the run around. By the time I tried to get my money back, Paypal wouldn't let me due to the time exceeding their resolution/dispute center thing.

This guy has scammed numerous other people before for more money than I lost. He was taken to trial as a younger kid a couple years ago for this, and he was doing this 2-3 years back when I got scammed. I reported the theft to the police along with other people who were robbed and I thought that was the end of it. Apparently not, someone just came onto another forum I'm on and said he was scammed.

This guy is a total douche and disgrace to society. I've seen him numerous times when I go to Northstar, and I pointed him out to my friends. He found my Myspace and threatened to kick my ass next time I "looked" at him wrong. He just threatened me again on this other forum lol

His number is 775 881 8167 and his name is Kristian Walters.
I don't care what you guys do with it, but fuck with him if you have time. Keep calling him, leave voicemails, etc.

Ya last I heard the dude is bouncing between Reno/Tahoe and San Francisco. He was apparently fired by the company he worked for because he was stealing money, so I'm assuming this is how he tries to stay out of the red and keep paying his bills.

I did some research after he scammed me and he had been arrested for internet fraud in college. I guess he kept at it, and scammed me and a couple other people 2-3 years back. We reported it to the police and I thought that was the end of it. Apparently he still continues to do it. I don't know what else people can do.

It's really not worth it for me to start something over $20 that happened a few years back. Especially if an altercation did happen at Northstar, I wouldn't doubt it if those nazis suspended or took my season pass. Not worth it.
If he came up to me, I wouldn't back down, but I'm not going to go out of my way.
