I bought my 5 year old nephew a similar set of NVGs for christmas last year for 69.99 at toys r us. I can't wait for this game to come out, but I can't grasp the dorkiness that is required to spend 150 bones on the special edition.

The game should be awesome. COD and NHL are pretty much the only games I play on my ps3.

Now, I was extremely disappointed in world at war (fixed). It was just a remapped version of the previous game, and it wasn't as good in my opinion. I haven't read too much about the new one, but it is a completely new game... right?

how is this possible? modern warfare was light years better than world at war. modern warfare 2 is done by the same developers as cod4. so graphically it should be better as should game play etc. oh, and hopefully a new game from the ground up.

the nvg's will be shit. they wont be water proof, shock proof, or be ready for any kind of actual field use. they will most likely be made ou of light weight plastics and shit optical components that brake as soon as any dust gets near them. don't waist your money on this crap! just buy the base game and save the rest for your cars.
