T-mobile phones w/real web browsing ?

What are your guys opinions Ive always had sidekicks but i want something new IM thinking of these if anyone hase one of the phones listed below feel free to chime in the web abilities.


IM thinking about the:
BB curve because of wifi
dash 3g
shadow
behold or highlight
I want the mytouch but not for 399

The sidekick is a REALLY well laid out phone in my opinion. I hate how immature and flimsy it is. However, I loved the OS.

I had an iPhone for a while but I miss how the Sidekick would multi task so well.

I now have the Blackberry Curve 8900 (what you're looking) and I absolutely love it. Keyboard isn't quite on par with the sidekicks (really, how can you beat that?) but it's still very good and the OS has some of the same little quirks that make the phone itself more productive when you're used to it.

The shadow runs windows mobile which is a huge pain in the ass. My mom has the behold and it is terrible. (After owning an iphone I can never use another touch screen device, it really is the best)

I'm pretty opinionated with phones, and personally I would call you crazy for getting anything but the curve.

PS- You don't have to pay for 3g and the speeds are fine by me. Also, when on wifi networks it will connect and send texts over wifi which is nice when I'm on campus or places without strong signal.

If you're interested only in the browser then you may want to look at the G phones as touch screens really have teh best browsing experience. But if you want a whole package I'd go for the Blackberry. The browser gets the job done it's just not as nice as the iPhones was. BUT, for checking facts, scores, and the occasional bored browsing it works better than the SK in my opinion.

Been through 3... 2 replaced under warranty and this one is still a piece of shit.

Now I just want my Motorolla RZR back... It was a piece of shit too... But at least it didn't lock up all the time and you could make calls on it.

I despise motorola phones.

FYI a couple years back the rule was once you've gone through 3 they will give you another phone of equal value.


I had a samsung that kept restarting and randomizing the contacts. I just kept going in and getting mad and once I did this 3 times I got myself a RAZR and sold it instantly to pick up a new phone.

So just try to come up with a reason to ditch this one (as long as you can show it to them) and tell them this is BS and get you something else.

This would be my number 1 choice if I had an uprgreade it has to be better than the g1 pos a friend of mine went threw 3 of them thats why its not on my list.

I like the phone but its not that great of a phone my friend said dont buy it. I dont have a fullupgrade so I cant get the mytouch or I would its to much I dont want to pay over 400 for a phone. BUt iMight just say fuck it and get it.
