I think you need to go back to the drawing board. They're both way too complicated.
The german flag colors have been done over a million times by every euro club out there.

A good reference for club brand language is DubAudiGruppe

Take notice of their simple font choices, graphics, and color selections.



8380 Laboratories has some good brand language to reference also.



Most importantly, think about where this logo is going to be displayed. Is it just for a website or will there be stickers, shirts, etc in the future? What will it look like on a windsheild? A cluttered 'wtf is that?' or something straight to the point and simple?

Also, I wouldn't use an abbreviation if it's going to be A.D.D.
No matter how big your club gets, people will still think Attention Deficit Disorder first.

Mucci's got a point about keeping it simple. I dont think most people would "get" the Top Secret dosier, although I think its quite cool. I'm not a good computer artist, but how about a dolphin dressed in a german ww2 uniform holding a vintage machine gun (think the mascot for the mighty might bosstones or something like that) w/ Advanced Delphin Division written out in our color under him. I think that would transition nicely to a T-shirt or rear quarter window stickers. If I can figure out a way to transfer my thoughts to the computer I will otherwise I'll rely on those w/ far superior computer skills than me.
