How is this a race issue? Why is everyone overlooking that this guy was talking back to the police and acting crazy? According to some articles he was yelling racism before he even got arrested. Why can't he take responsibility for his over-reacting and getting arrested for it?

Turning everything into racism DOES NOT help the situation. It only furthers the stereotype that people manipulate their race to their advantage. This type of shit pisses me off.

I'm totally with you guys on this. The whole racism thing is totally ridiculous. Most of these people claiming racism for everything don't want to be treated the same as everyone else, they want to be treated better than everyone else, and it fucking pisses me off what they get away with. The whole concept of "hate crimes" is frigging retarded too. You want to make everyone equal, yet you give "minorities" special treatment? It's ridiculous, people come here legally and pay thousands of dollars to obtain permanent residence status and others can just jump across the border with basically no reprecussions at all and are welcomed with open arms into the American work force. Then they are just given US citizenship instead of going through the proper legal channels to obtain it. Pathetic.
