Fuck tow truck companies. My car was parked in my friends driveway parallel(their driveways are about 5 feet long from the garage door) in his condo complex, and apparently management called it in to get towed. I had been parking there and like that for nearly three years and never had a problem.

I came outside and thought my car had been stolen, but found out later from to cops that it had been towed. This was at 3am, I was there six hours later at nine to pick up my car. Those fucktards charged me $225 to get it released and it wasn't even impounded for 12 hours.

I'm not sure how many of you know this but it's kinda on the same line as saying we don't accept that form of payment.

It is against any business establishments contract with credit card companies to set a minimum purchase limit. Like some places I know force you to spend at least $10 if I want to pay with my card.

That is illegal, now you can't call the cops on them, but go ahead and take a cell phone pic of the sign that says min purchase, or just have the receipt handy. You then later when you're home call the credit card company of which you just used, and inform them that a vendor was attempting to set a minimum purchase limit.

They will fine them a hefty fine, and send them a letter explaining if they continue to do this, their contract will be terminated with the credit agency. Next time you come in, try and buy something small, and if they refuse ask them how much they enjoyed paying the fine from setting the min buy limit. :)

I hate tow truck drivers. The service is over priced cause they know they have you by the balls, (or insurance will pay for it.)

I once paid $80 for a 5 mile tow that took him 15 mins. Fuck you grease monkeys - you are not worth $320 an hour - and I don't care how may little old ladies by the side of the road you help.

And while I'm at it - tow truck drivers need to work on their fucking customer service. Instead of getting out of your "rig" with the look on your face of "oh no, not another one, I hate my job" - put on a fucking smile, and ask what you can do to help me today. At that point my day is already shitty - I don't need you adding to it.

a.) He did pay the fees - never busted their balls trying to get out of it.
b.) The chick behind the counter is not forced to work there - it was her choice to work for (what looks like) a shit hole company to start with.
c.) Apparently it's illegal not to accept "legal tender" so they were 100% inside their rights to call the cops.
