Gotta love high-speed cameras (skateboarding content)

This is a video I threw together in about 40 minutes. No post processing besides cutting and transitions. I threw it together so fast, I only used iMovie. Not saying anything is wrong with iMovie, just not very advanced. ;)

I was just testing out our new camera: Sony HDR-FX7. Constructive criticism welcomed, even though I did not put my heart into this one. Just a test reel for the new camera.

EDIT: Can't believe I said it was an HDR-FX1! It's actually an HDR-FX7. That's about over a grand difference between the two. Sorry for the confusion!

How long did it take you to save for that $2K+ Sony? I'm about to pull the trigger on a Canon Vixia HF S100 this weekend.

I want to spend less than a grand for it, cause you still have to buy SDHC cards, spare battery, pelican case, and UV filter.

2,200 on Amazon with a 20 watt light and an 18 hour battery. I don't think it's up there for that price any more. My buddy actually bought it, and I bought his old camera off him (Canon Gl2.)

Canon Gl2s are sick.
I could never justify spending that much money on a camera when I was into filming, and now, I just don't care.
