The lowest gas price I've paid was 19.9 cents per gallon during a gas war in 1967. Times were good back then. I was making $1.82 per hour. My daily driver was a 1957 Chevy.

Lowest I can remember while driving was about $0.87 circa 83ish. Photos are long gone, moved way to many times over the years.

I'll challenge anyone to a highest gas price war.

It's still $4.49 on Block Island.

I stopped in Cowan,TN today to top off my tank but the place was closed. Just my luck. Best prices I've seen in a few weeks.

When I went to Japan in 05, the gas was a little over $5 a LITER. ~3.8 liters in a gallon, so like $19 a gallon. We have CHEAP gas in the states.
