Got free passes to Montreal 200 Nascar race

I was offered a handfull of passes for Saturday or Sunday, my pick. I couldn't care less about Nascar, but hey, there's a Rolex race on Saturday. So, I got four VIP passes for Saturday, including access to free food and drinks under the VIP tent. The race will be on the same track as the F1 weekend.

Next year's F1 season might be... different. Many teams won't be there. Unless it is a egal interim until they form the new federation.

The smoke rolling off those NASCAR brakes should be choking. If F1 has brake cooling issues there I can't imagine what the pig ballet will be like.

I'll spend all Saturday at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. Will watch a bit of the Nascar qualifying, but the main course (at least for me) will be Rolex. Despite my VIP passes, I will probably walk around the corners with my buddies. I like the Casino hairpin (especially with heavy cars with challenged brakes)...
