I got pulled over for the first time yesterday. cop said he got me going 72 in a 45, I was polite about it so it was reduced to a 60 in a 45. i dont mind the ticket, i just have hell to pay with my parents/insurance

FYI on speed limits.

When in 1999 Montana adopted a state wide speed limit of 75 the rate of fatalities from automobile accidents went UP.

I don't bitch about tickets, i just hire lawyers and pay them. I don't even want to think what all my tickets have cost me in legal fee's however i stil have a clean driving record. Here is to good lawyers :twisted:

Anyways, the point of my post (in case you werent here to witness) was to comment on the enormous amount of people who were asking how to get out of speeding tickets on this forum, not to complain about speeding tickets in general.
At one point, I counted 4 thread just on the first page, and then a smart ass who drove drunk and stoned and then thought he would brag about it.
I speed. I wont lie. However, I wont come on here and bitch and moan when I get pulled over.

Why, is Ohio particularly bad? I got pulled over in the Toledo area, and the cop couldnt decide how many times he clocked me, or at what speeds. I ended up getting a ticked for 70, and he wrote my car up as being a grey 4 door. Its a cirrusblau 2 door... :?
