this is true. the mkv forum was filled with guys claiming they killed all sorts of cars just cuz they did an ecu remap. really pissed me off. i'd kill for a mk4

I do like the look of a clean mk4 though or a two door jetta. An air cooled vw is somthing I want though maybe a square back with a small block in it.

I drive a VW with a motorswap. :) I'd sell it (and am currently tossing the idea around) for an E30 in a heartbeat though

I dont respect anyone with a mk4, i respect about 50% of the kids with mk3's,and i respect almost all mk1 and 2 owners. the people that drive volkswagens can either be super cool or huge fucktards. but the same goes for anything really, i have met the biggest BMW pricks in the world

i've had my share of fwd. lil fwd guys clean up at autocross. there are fwd track day stars as well. i prefer rwd to everything though
