Just take some photos where apparently the burnout was done, then take it to court. Don't cop cars have cameras in there car? they should at least have video footage which you can request.

Wow you are messed up, being sober, unable to walk straight and failing the eye test

probably should have added some more info.

I just had surgery on my leg from a massive staff infection.

And as far as I could tell and the officer could figuer, I failed the eye test due to the huge amount of anti-biotics/ pain meds i was on, or I have an eye astigmatism.
