Whatever though. Seriously, what popular artist has talent these days? Lady Gaga? No. Miley Cirus? Definitely not. Think of anyone who's popular and think if they have talent. Soulja Boy? He's like a talent void. Mostly it's all just promotion that makes these people popular.

Taylor Swift can sing, if nothing else, and at least she isn't whoring herself out like Miley Cirus is/will be in about a year or so. She also isn't perpetually spouting idiotic bullshit like Kanye West is. She hasn't sold her soul to Disney either, which is nice.

Not that I really care, because I don't, but I'd go so far as to say Taylor Swift is pretty harmless, which is about as much as you can ask for in a teen idol.
