What do you do to do what you do?

I'm an IT technician for a school district, still in school for accounting though because working in a pay capped union controlled job is not my idea of a career. I make a grip of money on the side with my own IT services business which funds cars and car related accessories.

I work part time at Staples as a sales associate doing the same thing you do at Bestbuy, selling all around electronics. I work about 15-20 hours a week while being in my third semester of college. Since most of the money go towards gas and insurance, the E30 fund is relatively empty.

okay guys I've started a few of these threads over the years and it's interesting to find out what your fellow enthusiasts do to pay for there cars. (employment, selling your body doesn't count.)

Guess I'll start.

I'm a sales associate at Best Buy. It pays for minor mods, but waiting to start/finish school for the big stuff.

I'm always curious how guys my age afford swapped cars with no mommy/daddy help.
