I make over double minimum going working at Fred Meyers (grocery store) and am not management. I am also going to college for Computer Science. Mommy and Daddy didn't pay for my engine swap, but they do pay for school and housing up here.

I did detailing at Baker Motor Company for a while. The specialize in Infinity, Smart, Mercedes, Maserati, Porsche, etc. We were also subcontracted by BMW and Volvo.

I feel you on that job, I miss it. But I don't miss being in direct sunlight in 105 degree days, and getting wet in the winter. But it was easy good money!

I'm a lot porter/detailer at a local independent auto shop. We specialize in BMW's, Rovers, Mini's, Audi, VW.. pretty much anything european. I work about 40 hours a week and hope to go back to school at some point for a degree in Computer Science.

Washing nice cars in the sunshine and listening to your own tunes can't be beat! Well... nvm. lol

I am partner in a small manufacturing firm that makes light construction & landscaping equipment. I tend to handle the technical side of things (job was easier before we started making laser-guided graders).

I roast coffee in the winter and work as a bike mechanic for the summer. I've been doing the bike tech deal for the last five years, but this is my first season doing the coffee thing. Previously I worked professionally in kitchens for about 11-12 years. All of this barely supports my car habit, but does allow for lots of snowboarding and biking.
