I hadn't read Motor Trend in years, but after receiving four or five issues from the free subscription, I have changed my mind about them. IMO, they've become better than Car & Driver. Not only is the journalism superior, but the photography and layout easily surpasses that of C&D. C&D wants to be the Maxim of car magazines with the gimmicky features. And the editorials and articles are incorporating political propaganda... I almost can't wait for my sub to C&D to end so that I can start getting R&T again.
