Ha, I went to Punjabi Dhaba the last time I had a hankering for Indian. Somehow, the prospect of paying $11 for lunch didn't really appeal to me. I liked KF's lunch buffet even though the restaurant itself is the size of a closet.

I think I would go to an indian buffet, only if I decided I hated my asshole. My old boss used to bring in homecooked indian food all the time, I would maybe make it 3 bites before I ran to the bathroom.

I ate one up in Sacramento while i was house hunting. It was good until the second plate. Too much curry that makes your mouth numb. I know now why my Indian friends have that curry smell, it's dam strong. Good experience overall though.

today is columbus day, and since it's sort of a slow day at work, i've decided to take an hour for lunch today. I was thinking... Indian buffet!

While talking to mikek on im, he was wondering what my fascination with indian buffet is. I love it. It's usually healthy stuff, spicy, and a little out of the ordinary.

What does r3v think? Should i just eat at the local burrito place?

Give me some Jamaican curried goat any day of the week. There is a local place here that makes some legit Jamaican food.

But we don't go there much since the entire staff is on "island time."

I'm fine with that when we are actually in Jamaica, but not here.
