    Windows 7 for 30 bucks.

If you want Windows 7 for 30 bucks call the microsoft store at 1-877-696-7786 and press 7 and then 1 and ask for the deal for students. You can get either Home Premium or Professional, upgrade or full version for this price. The dvd includes both the 32bit and 64 bit versions. You need to have a .edu email to apply but all they do is send a confirmation to this address so it should be easy to bullshit if you're not a student. The total came to 37.95 shipped to my door.

My school has all sorts of Microsoft programs (Windows 7, Office Home, and a few other specialty programs that retail up to $10k) for $12.00.

        Beat that.

Is it really? I sent for the free disc since I just purchased my computer last month. I am sure I won't be getting it anytime soon but its really worth it to install?

I've loved this beta since the 7100 build. So great. I'm getting Ultimate free from Intel sometime this week.

You can do the download if you don't want to wait, might have to use a real edu address for this route but I'm not sure. http://windows7.digitalriver.com/sto...=1256184974302
