    FEDEX can lick my wrinkled bag

    many thanks to my personal hillbilly lawyer for the advice needed to win my case for 2k against fedex for fucking up an evo3 s14 block.
    I would not have won if i had not followed daves advice because he gave me the info needed to win. it was a toss up as to who the judge was going to side with until i busted out the fact that fedex got the block from germany packaged as is. I hadnt even thought of that but dave suggested i find out who the carrier was from germany. you should have seen the look on this dumbasses face when i busted out that info. when the judge asked how that was possible fedex's lawyer stammered and mumbled "I dont know, he just told me that info 5 minutes ago in the hallway"

                  their argument was the block was not packed properly yet it was strapped to a wooden pallet and made it all the way from germany just fine. they didnt know that until 5 minutes before trial. i had to show them that before they started the trial and he had to show me everything he had also.
